| @gitter_hennimore:matrix.org | Hello, I am having an issue with NVDA and my password manager (1Password). The issue means that in certain and common scenarios, I am unable to interact with the 1Password unlock screen. This issue occurs when I use CTRL + SHIFT + \ which is a shortcut to open the 1Password app. It also occurs when I use windows key + 3 to open the app if NVDA focus is on the desktop (like the recycle bin etc.) but it works fine if the focus is on the taskbar or another window. I have narrowed it down to NVDA as this issue does not occur on Narrator. This issue also occurs on my laptop as well. I've tried older versions of NVDA and 1Password and it seems to occur even on older versions. Using the CTRL + Shift + \ shortcut, the bug occurs every time, no matter where the focus is. Using Windows key + 3 (1Password is the 3rd position on my taskbar) it only occurs randomly and doesn't matter where the focus is, but the desktop is more likely to trigger the bug. | 18:23:06 |
