Sounds like you still have the old health check in place, I would recommend switching it to the trending endpoint (https://github.com/iv-org/invidious/commit/b673695aa2704b880562399ac78659ad23b7940d)

I hope this gets adopted into the official file. It helps my instance run better as I'm interested in that as I'm waiting to go public.

That is a commit on the master branch in the Invidious repo, so it's about as official as it gets.
