The WHO is not protected by controversial diplomatic immunity. Phillip Kruse confirms, “Any crime that is done by a WHO official through activities outside WHO’s statutory purpose (Art 1. of its Constitution), will not benefit from the immunity clauses of Art. 66 and 67.

WCH law and activism committee chairperson Shabnam Palesa Mohamed confirmed on the WCH’s Twitter/X Account, “Diplomatic immunity is not absolute. The cases of Cuban Doctors vs PAHO and Jam International vs IFC are evidence of that. WCH advocates for lawful and fair justice systems, with sovereignty at the core.”

Moreover, given the blatant conflicts of interest evident in the WHO’s activities, closely connected to commercial interests, immunity is not guaranteed when acting at the behest of those interests.

BREAKING NEWS – WHO Member States Fail to Reach Agreement on Pandemic Accord; Way Forward in Hands of World Health Assembly

A last ditch effort of WHO member states to finish negotiations on a pandemic accord has failed to yield agreement ahead of next week’s World Health Assembly (WHA) – with key articles in the draft text still unresolved including the thorny formula for global sharing of vaccines and medicines during international health emergencies.

As of Friday evening, member states of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Board, assembled in Geneva, had stopped negotiating over the draft text, and were instead talking about the way forward.  And on that, as well, there was no accord, leaving a future pathway in the hands of the WHA.

🚸 SPM NOTE: This still leaves the IHR 2005 amendments on the table at the World Health Assembly 77. Keep mobilising. VOTE NO!

Can the WHO be Reformed, or is there a Better Way for Health, Freedom and Sovereignty? (No to WHO, YES there IS a Better Way!)

On Monday 27 May, the day the WHO's controversial World Health Assembly 77 in Geneva begins, the World Council for Health hosted a thought-provoking People's Hearing on the critical topic: Can the WHO be Reformed, or is there a Better Way for Health, Freedom and Sovereignty? This #WHA77, the WHO intends to facilitate an unlawful vote on the International Health Regulation 2005 amendments, and push for an agreement on a controversial new pandemic treaty, with little to no public participation at both a WHO and member state level. This, to many people, is unacceptable. A growing number of people in the health freedom and human rights movement do not believe the WHO can be reformed. This event will help create clarity for people who believe that the WHO, with a history of mismanagement, corruption and crimes against women and children, can be reformed.

The hearing includes speakers from around the world, including Shabnam Palesa Mohamed (South Africa), ex-WHO consultant Dr Tess Lawrie (United Kingdom, ex-WHO consultant Dr Astrid Stuckelberger, Dr Wahome Ngare (Kenya), Fahrie Hassan (South Africa), and Dr Meryl Nass (USA). Also highlighted will be ideas around a Better Way for Health, Freedom and Sovereignty. The World Council for Health hopes this event will give courage and inspiration to people, including member state delegates unhappy with the WHO, who are uncertain about how to vote at #WHA77. 🌍Who Tells Us What Amount of EMF Exposure Is Safe and Can We Trust Them?
Every species on this planet, from the tiniest insects to the mightiest elephants, suffers under the weight of powerful electromagnetic waves.

🔶 The ICNIRP: (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) A private organization with close ties to the WHO and UN
Founded in 1992 in Germany, the ICNIRP is a private, non-governmental organization (NGO) closely connected to the EMF project of the World Health Organization and the United Nations (UN). While it is not an official organization of the WHO or UN, the ICNIRP's recommendations are declared as the basis for the safety limit regulation.

Several questions arise regarding the ICNIRP's role and legitimacy:

🔶 The ICNIRP is not a UN or WHO organization but a self-appointed group of older individuals. It does not have a mandate from the UN, the WHO, or any democratically elected government or national authority.

🔶 The ICNIRP appoints and removes its members, raising concerns about its independence and accountability. In fact, in recent law cases, the ICNIRP authority has yet to be recognized, and its independence cannot be demonstrated. The ICNIRP's financial dependence on electricity companies, mobile network operators, and the relevant industry is a point of constant inquiry.

🔶 The legal form of the ICNIRP remains to be determined. If the ICNIRP lacks statutes, it may not legally exist. If it does not legally exist as a corporate entity, it raises questions about the justification for using its recommendations as the basis for legal regulations.

🔶 In 2020, Professor Klaus Buchner MEP and the former EU MP Michèle Rivasi published a critical report on the ICNIRP questions. Titled ‘The International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection: Conflicts of Interest, Corporate Capture and the Push for 5G’, it deals specifically with how the scientific debate has been hijacked by corporate interests from the telecom industry and conflicts of interest. The authors state that the findings of this report give an uncomfortable déjà-vu: many facts and processes that lead to the current situation whereby European authorities – from the European Commission to most of the member states – close their eyes to scientific facts and early warnings. “We have seen the same scenario in the debate on tobacco, asbestos, climate change and pesticides”, they state.

‼️The ICNIRP's controversial stance on non-thermal effects ‼️
The ICNIRP has consistently rejected existing knowledge and research findings related to the non-thermal effects of electromagnetic radiation. Representatives from the ICNIRP, including those from the industry, vigorously defend the purely thermal view of radiation and deny the existence of biological non-thermal effects. This stance has led to the excluding of any mention of non-thermal effects within the ICNIRP and the dismissal of thousands of studies that provide evidence of such effects. This irresponsible attitude has resulted in numerous health consequences worldwide. In May 2011, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), the cancer research agency of the WHO, concluded that high-frequency radiation in the frequency range of 30-300 GHz is “possibly” carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B). The ICNIRP ignores this vital conclusion. Meanwhile, countless studies have confirmed this effect.
