@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <light>neat thanks @ruby ! 17:36:06
@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <light>I put the page through Google Translate in Chromium, looks mostly accurage :) 17:36:19
@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <light>A couple of small changes suggested:

Aragon OS 0.8 should be changed to Aragon 0.8

17:36:41
@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <light>(aragonOS is the smart contract system powering the Aragon 0.8 client) 17:36:55
@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <light>

As of May 2018, 539 DAOs were established on Aragon, and the number of active DAOs per day ranged from 2-15.

Aragon wasn’t actually live on mainnet in May 2018, so this stat is inaccurate

17:39:30
@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <light>Also Aragon DAC is inactive and so should probably be removed from this page 17:39:58
@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <light>(in the “Development and operation” section) 17:40:14

Access Control List with Permissions In each Aragon organization

I would not say that this is a part of the Aragon Network per se. Although the Aragon Network organization (and sub-organizations) will certainly have their own ACL.

17:41:35
@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <light>Same here:

The smart contract portfolio that makes up each DAO organization

I would not consider this part of the Aragon Network per se. An organization can be created using the Aragon client without being part of the Aragon Network,

@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <ruby>Thanks, will update accordingly :) 17:28:56

@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <ruby>just to double confirm, when you r saying that each DAO could be created without being part of the Aragon Network, how would be interact with Aragon network then? Are they only applying for Aragon’s smart contract tool? How will this work when Aragon launch its own network on Cosmos? 17:23:46

@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <light>The Aragon Network is a digital jurisdiction. Once the Network and its Court system are live then organizations will be able to opt-in by installing the necessary apps and subscribing the Aragon Network services. The Aragon Network will run on Ethereum for the foreseeable future. Aragon Chain will only be used for creating and managing organizations. 17:53:33

@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <burrrata>Hey everyone :) As per the last StrategyWG call, we’re gathering data from the Aragon community to figure out how to make Aragon better for everyone. While there is nothing to vote on at this time, it’s a signalling exercise to help prioritize initiatives. We appreciate your feedback!

@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <a.s>Hi, is there a list somewhere of all the DAOs running on Aragon? Think there used to be one at https://daolist.io/. 01:54:34
@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <sohkai>@a.s daolist.io turned into https://apiary.1hive.org/. 06:32:39

@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <foba>Once you’ve created a DAO how do you vote on proposals with without using ALL tokens at once? 03:43:51
16 Dec 2019
@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <a.s>Great, thanks for this! 01:39:25
@bridge-bot:matrix.orgbridge-bot <e18r>Hi @foba, it seems that you’re assuming tokens get spent or burnt when you vote on a proposal. That’s not the case. The amount of tokens you hold at the beginning of the vote determine your voting power, but that’s pretty much it. After the vote you’ll have the same amount of tokens you had before voting. Please let me know if I answered your question :) 14:17:11
