 mckirby | I could use some help. On my mobile app, every time I turn off the phone for it to play in the background, after a 1-5 minutes it will automatically stop playing and lose connection. However, if I keep the open with the screen on it works fine. The problem also continues to happen if I have another app open with it playing in the background. How may I fix this? | 18:19:48 |

| nyxholas | If you reinstalled the server (and made a new user account for them or something), then the underlying user id would not match (doesn't matter whether the username is the same). It's recognizing it as from that server, so probably something with their user | 18:58:11 |
