for Moment on Arch, I recommend manual installation. And yes Mirage and Moment support the "urgent" tag for the DE/WM

Stuck here with Moment:

Failed to install the following packages. Manual intervention is required:
python-rply - exit status 4
python-redbaron - exit status 8
python-blist - exit status 4
moment - exit status 8
python-baron - exit status 8

Oh yeah that's bugged in python 3.11. I had it installed from 3.10 so I just copied rply/redbaon and some others across to 3.11 dir and it didn't break anything.
You might be able to get away with telling rply to not depend on rpython but the description straight up says it's built on rpython, and has done since before it was a dependency (??????).

wow I can't find it ... but I'm pretty sure this functionality exists

(*I told a lie, rply doesn't depend on rpython, but it fails test immediately without it. I had tried adding it as a dep only to discover rpython was still on py2.)

there is this in default config:

No, it's not there yet. AFAIK nio hasn't added support for them yet (or at least it hasn't made it to arch) so moment's support would have to guess how nio will present them, and then still wait for it anyway.
I am intending to fix this by getting my own matrix library functioning and putting a nio skin over it, but that has stalled for a while now. I guess I should get back to it tomorrow or so.
