Hey everyone. There was an issue with starting the kava chain. There was some issues with coordinating genesis file release and with signing software used by some validators. This resulted in a fork, where we know at least one validator double signed, with likely more duplicate signatures undiscovered.
Given this we feel is unfair to continue with this chain as these validators could be slashed.
We recommend everyone running a validator to shutdown this chain, and coordinate the kava mainet launch for Tuesday 12th November 2019 at 14:00UTC. | 16:50:05 |
