 Muntashir Akon | Thanks for your FR! I think detecting Wi-Fi is a nice idea. But I would be implementing it differently.
App Manager automatically enables wireless debugging when the mode is explicitly enabled. But it does not check the availability of Wi-Fi before enabling it. So, if wireless debugging is enabled, App Manager should, at first, detect the availability of Wi-Fi (including whether there is an active connection), and then enable wireless debugging automatically if it isn't already enabled. Otherwise, fallback to no-root mode for the session.
Auto was never meant to be default. In the next version, when auto is selected, App Manager will automatically discover the best mode of operation and switch to it. | 02:30:39 |
