| Pwll/Henrik | Seeing you guys keep one of your tongues alive makes me very happy.
I'm mostly versed in Germanic languages, and none of the ones I've used have come as close to extinction as Scots. The only one that comes close that I know any words in is Cymraeg, and that is Celtic itself. Modern Scots definitely seems to be Germanic due to the English influence but seems to also be it's own language with distinct rules...
