| dOrgJelli invited ontologymachine. | 05:09:40 |
| ontologymachine joined the room. | 05:09:48 |
dOrgJelli | ontologymachine: you would find the above topic cory elaborated on intersting | 05:10:15 |
cd10012 | Also this could be the metadata ontop of the contract address itself | 05:11:27 |
cd10012 | obviously but just in case i didn’t make that clear | 05:11:42 |
ontologymachine | omg cd10012 i have a ton of thoughts on this and have also been trying to work out how to represent it in a diagrammatic framework! | 05:13:10 |
ontologymachine | i'm heading to dinner right now but i am going to read through this this weekend | 05:13:34 |
ontologymachine | check this out, i think its relevant based on my skim thru | 05:14:06 |
ontologymachine | Download Social Chaosmos- Michel Serres and the emergence of social order.pdf | 05:14:17 |

dOrgJelli | an interesting company some products that are similar to what we've lightly discussed before | 22:26:15 |
cd10012 | En respuesta a @dorgjelli:matrix.org https://www.palantir.com/ palantir is doing it for the military industrial complez | 22:33:21 |
cd10012 | peter thiel loves providing these tools to law enforcement | 22:34:42 |
dOrgJelli | Oh god :( | 23:22:00 |
ontologymachine | In reply to @dorgjelli:matrix.org an interesting company some products that are similar to what we've lightly discussed before which part of palantir's work do you find analogous? | 23:28:53 |
cemfd | World domination im guessing | 23:33:30 |
ontologymachine | haha of course! that does call to mind an interesting parallel btw these two links that may or may not be relevant to the palantir narraitve:
| 23:37:52 |
ontologymachine | not to drop in random links, happy to explain the connection i'm thinking of if anyone is intrigued | 23:40:29 |
cemfd | Going to sleep! Will check tomorrow, but the urls were enough to intrigue me if you have to know:) | 23:43:24 |
dOrgJelli | Lolol @cem
I just found out about them today from an article headline saying they were in deep shit. I looked at their landing page + thumbnails of their apps and got the feel for the type of analytical tools they were trying to bring to individuals in organizations, and it was very similar to some we’ve discussed in the past. | 23:47:42 |
dOrgJelli | It seems like they’re a less than trusted corporation though | 23:48:56 |
ontologymachine | yes palantir themselves are sketch (analogy to Saruman's palantir in LOTR has followed a suspiciously relevant trajectory) but you've hit on my exact interest in mapping and predicting group/market dynamics at scale -- specifically, the power of an analogous system if companies opted into sharing that data | 23:51:55 |
dOrgJelli | With DAOs on chain, the world’s worth of organizational data is at our fingertips 😌 | 23:58:54 |

Yeah palantir is committed to expanding the surveillance state as far as it can go imo. These papers are illuminating started reading the first.
also outside of the pomdp type of control AI's we could explore these types of algorithms: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human-based_genetic_algorithm
