Ever since you changed your camera setup, the camera points at your face from an angle, while you don't always look at the camera. It feels to me less like you're having a conversation with me, and more like "you're doing something else while talking", since you focus your eyes on the screen. Every now and then you'd look at the camera, but you'd have to move/position yourself especially for that. It gives me a less personal and less conversational feeling - and I like that much less.
