bermount | Hi, it seems that when downloading playlist, it ignores max concurrent downloads setting and starts downloading multiple videos(over 6 videos) at the same time. Am I getting this right? Cause if it's correct, I want to write feature request on github to enque playlist download in sequence within the set max concurrent downloads setting. I'm concerned that current method would make too many requests and cause block from Youtube like "Confirm you're not a bot". | 06:29:24 |

I'll see if I can fix it, should be doable. | 18:40:17 |

bermount | Thanks. Thought it was an intended behavior as it works like that even when downloading the videos separately. The max concurrent downloads setting seems to block concurrent downloads only when tried to continue download in downloads tab. | 00:47:31 |

bermount | Could you also take a look at this? I'm not sure if debug version is also available for bug report on GitHub.
I downloaded the debug version from NightlyBuilds built 12 hours ago (Commit 83e121b), and tested downloading videos.
Max concurrent downloads is set to 1.
Timestamps in parentheses are time in the video in which the description applies to.
1st video. Downloading the whole playlist.
1) 1st video starts downloading, but ends before completing. (00:32) It also doesn't continue downloading the next video. Maybe because the previous video didn't complete downloading?
2) It completes downloading when resumed downloading manually. (00:49)
3) 2nd video is also successfully downloaded when pressing the download button manually. (00:56-01:20)
2nd video. Downloading 5 videos separately.
1) Each videos are started downloading manually(00:00-00:23)
2) 1st video starts downloading, but fails to download the video completely like the 1st scenario. (00:37) It also doesn't continue downloading the next video.
3) It completes downloading when resumed downloading manually. (00:42-00:44)
3rd video. Downloading a single video.
1) Video starts downloading, but fails to download the video completely like the first scenario. (00:15)
2) It completes downloading when resumed downloading manually. (00:18-00:20)
4th video.
Another thing is that when downloading a playlist,
1st download is still going on, the 2nd waits for the 1st to complete, but the 1st download doesn't complete so the 2nd won't start downloading. (00:09)
In contrast, If there are no other downloads(1st and 2nd download) in action, the 3rd video starts to download. (00:10)
What seems strange here is that videos already enqueued doesn't start downloading as the previous download isn't completed, but new videos that are enqueued after previous download stops consider previous incompleted but stopped download as completed(or no downloads are in action) and starts downloading.
I'll send the videos below. | 10:11:07 |
