~/.config/ente/Cache/Cache_Data ? We have removed the full disk cache for original images since many people complained about it, so this location isn't used anymore. We will bring it back at some point after integrating it with the export (so that there are no two copies of originals) | 04:10:03 |

Okay, that makes sense, but where and what is being downloaded to cache thumbnails, etc? Is it all to /tmp now? Thumbnails are stored inside OPFS (Origin Private File System). That is a FS maintained by the embedded browser (Chromium), and it'll not directly correspond to any directory in the file system | 13:22:29 |

On Android, there's a dependency, but the code to register for pushes is never invoked. So functionally both builds (github vs. f-droid) are the same, just that the latter requires us to strip off all packages that have a com.google.* dependency, and we've done that manually | 10:01:21 |
