When some layer is changed, the only thing that changes is the layer. For example, by changing the caves, they will appear in new places. If sites (dungeons, cities) are changed, other sites will move as well.
These changes happen when the developers make them. =D
But the last change of mountains and lakes were made on purpose. Server administration changed the seed of the world. And I don't remember when it was before. | 15:18:38 |
