commatrixdan | Yep. Sad he ended up turning out like Clive Palmer and becoming the litigation king. These bullies need to be taught a lesson. | 02:39:18 |
matrixwok | yup. I stil think theres a chance that theres an element of truth in some of his claims, but he's stretched the truth into mistruth and then doubled down. He deserves everything he gets from this point on. Any good will that he might have got from having a part in bitcoins origins is now withdrawn entirely | 03:17:40 |
matrixwok | he obviously does not have access to any of early wallets etc otherwise he absolutely would have used them to make his case. | 03:19:33 |
matrixwok | tax implications or not | 03:20:06 |
matrixwok | Re the Tyler S video above, i'm very sceptical of this analysis actually, as its almost entirely based on matching up prior price action history with the current market situation, which is not a good prediction IMO. Macro economics is going to be a better predictor, and the biggest factors right now are ETFs (probable high demand) and the btc halving event effects on supply over the next year. (assured lower supply). He does cover this, but seems to still put a lot of emphasis in "signals" and overlaying graphs from previous times on current times. | 03:25:21 |
commatrixdan | Indeed. I find his TA definitely biased to historical patterns but he does do a good overall snapshot.. he's very bullish heh. Between him and Jason & Michael pizzano, it's a pretty good coverage. Pizzanos use more traditional TA looking at prev swing high/low and 50% levels, With wyckoff and elliot wave theory in there too. | 03:42:36 |
w | Is this the part where I say that TA is bullshit and basically the trading equivalent of water witching? | 07:20:55 |
matrixwok | I tend to agree. especially after scrutinising Eliot wave theory considerably over the last decade | 09:40:58 |
matrixwok | macro effects feed market sentiment more than market sentiment does | 09:41:33 |
PC-Admin | I believe recent price changes are more spiritual and religious, note my chanting and the spooky old bones.
I'm clearly some kind of coiney prophet when it comes to price prediction. ✝️ | 13:10:53 |
