Thomas Clavier: was also interested to reinvigorate the project, and put in some solid work updating the dev environment/build process. Thomas seems to not have so much ability to continue contributing right now though.

He said that we should keep the project alive while we figure out how to retool it. When we retool it, we can account version 2.0 (or whatever). I remember when I first saw that Hubzilla was using Fork Awesome instead of Font Awesome and the first thing I wondered was "why?" And I did not find an answer, and my assumption was that it was forked for philosophical reasons and wasn't much different than Font Awesome. I now understand that Font Awesome has fediverse icons that Font Awesome does not have, so it was natural for Hubzilla to use it instead. But that was not communicated.
