music | I have noticed release-monitoring.org being quite a few days behind on polling some projects. For example, uv 0.2.37 was released 2024-08-15, and https://release-monitoring.org/project/372636/ did not have it until I forced it to check by editing the project and selecting “Check latest release on submit.” Conan Kudo suggested that I should pose the question here. Any ideas? | 16:39:11 |

Zlopez | @musi | 16:41:18 |
Zlopez | @music It should now catch up, there was some issue with check service being stuck but this was now resolved | 16:41:54 |
Zlopez | The last version was retrieved today | 16:42:26 |
Zlopez | Few minutes ago | 16:42:36 |
Zlopez | I see you forced it | 16:42:52 |
music | Then should I follow up if I notice things still being out of date, say, tomorrow? | 16:43:38 |
music | I don’t have anything specific in mind that’s still out of date, but I maintain a handful of projects with very frequent releases, so I can probably find something if it exists. | 16:44:05 |
music | (If nothing else, uv releases at least once or twice a week.) | 16:44:57 |
Zlopez | I see that last check was finished 2 hours ago | 16:45:34 |
Zlopez | Maybe your project is just hitting ratelimiting on GitHub, it usually take some time to go through all the GitHub projects because of that | 16:46:20 |
music | Hmm, could be. I am used to seeing things show up in less than a week, but perhaps the rate limit plus the check service issue you mentioned could combine to fully explain it. | 16:47:51 |
Zlopez | That is probably because the check was stuck for few days till yesterday, so it didn't check it up yet | 16:48:27 |
music | Ok, thanks. I’ll keep an eye out for anything else that seems to be several days behind. Otherwise I’ll assume everything is OK. | 16:48:50 |
music | * Ok, thanks. I’ll keep an eye out for anything else that seems to still be several days behind after today. Otherwise I’ll assume everything is OK. | 16:49:07 |
zodbot | music gave a cookie to zlopez. They now have 105 cookies, 16 of which were obtained in the Fedora 40 release cycle | 16:49:28 |

JWW (@jflory7) | Hi folks, is there anyone who can help out with some Fedocal PR reviews? Misc did a lot of work to improve things and he was working to add Matrix room support to Fedocal. It would help a lot! He also fixed a lot of tests. https://pagure.io/fedocal/pull-requests | 13:26:12 |
JWW (@jflory7) | I see Pingou was primarily the maintainer, but ryanlerch has some commits there too. | 13:26:26 |
JWW (@jflory7) | Could anyone help out with these PRs? 🙏 | 13:26:36 |
