Either it leans into funny like bofuri and is pretty good
Or it tries more serious context and goes either the "convenient surprise" route or the "story doesn't make any sense anymore"
Yes isekai has similar issues but not THAT big 😓

the protagonist is seriously overpowered as soon as the game begins and developers in the story give her even more chances to become overpowered
