Pyroman | Usually if one part is redundant given the surrounding context it will get omitted | 06:01:38 |
Pyroman | Like if they are already referring to the Nexus, they would probably decide to just say "Relay" if they're talking about a Nexus Relay | 06:03:19 |
Pyroman | For example radio relays, when someone is talking about radios and relays/repeaters, they usually won't say "radio relay" | 06:07:50 |
bobbens | just calling them relays would work. What about the prime relays? | 06:07:57 |
Pyroman | Elaborate a little bit on them | 06:08:24 |
Pyroman | Wait no I am just blind | 06:08:42 |
bobbens | pay to win relays 😛 | 06:08:54 |
Pyroman | perfect name "Primes" maybe? | 06:09:33 |
bobbens | do feel like prime may be a bit too close to amazon prime, and unless we're making fun of it, probably don't want to use it | 06:19:07 |
Pyroman | fair nuff | 06:19:20 |
Pyroman | prime relay(s) would probably be fine, lot better than saying prime nexus relays | 06:20:45 |
Pyroman | or whatever adjective fits instead | 06:21:21 |
bobbens | These names, in real life, do get generated in quite weird ways. Maybe something sillier would work | 06:27:50 |
bobbens | like how "yuppie" came from Young Upwardly-Mobile Professional | 06:28:20 |
bobbens | and as expected, chatgpt is shit at any sort of help. Got to realy on human power | 06:30:18 |
bobbens | * and as expected, chatgpt is shit at any sort of help. Got to rely on human power | 06:30:27 |
bobbens | maybe we don't need a term for the prime relay, just for the channel | 06:32:22 |
Pyroman | as per usual | 07:31:42 |
Pyroman | wrong reply, meant to reply to the chatgpt message | 07:31:59 |
bobbens | Still haven't found a better usage for chatpgt than recommendation letters | 08:34:31 |

nevrdid | bobbens Answer done on github. Next commits may be slower as i'll be busy next few days. About point 6, what do you think to move take-off button on the tab line as a new kid of widget which display like tabs but is a buttons which render on every tabs ? | 13:01:59 |

nevrdid | ( I ask you there as it is the main point i would like to think about x) | 13:03:12 |
bobbens | I guess it would alleviate the issue, would have to try. Just worried it could be missable. That said, most of the interface buttons are on the bottom, given that it was designed originally with tabs on the bottom, so I'm not sure how uncomfortable it could be, although takeoff button is by far the largest offender. | 13:06:16 |
nevrdid | 👍 i'll firstly move tabs to bottom, that's an already know solution . I may try another one in another time. | 14:20:48 |
bobbens | Yeah, probably the entire interface could use some rethinking. However, that's quite out of scope of the PR 🙂 | 14:22:49 |
bobbens | I never got too into it but I remember ES had some interesting ideas. | 14:23:30 |

bobbens | Mmmm, would be better to be consistent, but I do get our point. I do think it's a qusetion of getting used to. | 00:40:37 |
