DFX4509B | Although it practically scraping the ground isn't doing it any favors either, to the degree where the Carrera GT is commonly modded with a slight lift so that it can be drivable on public roads. | 13:42:28 |
DFX4509B | * Although it practically scraping the ground isn't doing it any favors either, to the degree where the Carrera GT is commonly modded with a slight lift so that it can be drivable on public roads because at stock height, it's not very drivable on public roads from my understanding. | 13:42:53 |

DFX4509B | Performance-wise, that thing probably isn't going to handle well at all, particularly on public roadways with it practically scraping the ground.\ | 23:10:37 |

DFX4509B | As I said, Carrera GT owners commonly lift their cars by a few inches or so in order for it to actually be drivable on public roadways because its stock height is too low to account for the height variations on public roads vs. race tracks where environmental conditions are more controlled. | 23:12:10 |

mr.shwaggins | Do people remember a company called Lit Motors? It had a capsule like car with gyros that made it untippable and was also electric. It's been 10 years and I haven't seen anything at all. Honda also has gyro-less balancing for some of their motorcycles. Put that in a package that can hold 2 passengers and a few bags of groceries and I don't think NYC would be congested. I was really interested in that company. Not because its electric, but because its the right size for most people commuting. | 01:49:11 |
mr.shwaggins | It seems they reopened preorders but I don't want this thing to just disappear in the night like Elio Motors | 01:51:31 |
