 FF777 | * antiperspirants with aluminum probably cause cancer (especially breast cancer).. most deodorants you see at the store for males don't contain aluminum, but most deodorants for females are also antiperspirants and they contain aluminum.. The aluminum is meant to clog up your pores so that they can't sweat, which just kind of seems like a bad idea to me from the start.....But also the aluminum is absorbed in to your skin and collects in your skin (and breasts if you are female).. So if you ever have a girlfriend or a mom or female friends that you care about then you might keep this in mind so you can tell them about it if they are the type of person that would actually care about it.. | FF777 | one of the things i hate in life is input lag.. it is the amount of time between video input and it actually displaying on the screen.. One reason i play switch on my monitor instead of a TV (but not the only reason) is because monitors usually have lower input lag/latency than TVs do.. I don't want mario to wait 1 whole to jump from when i push the jump button; i want him to jump instantly when i push the button.. If latency is really horrible then some monster could be attacking you and you won't even see it on the screen until like tons of milliseconds later..
So, when you are researching which monitor to get for your computer, get a good expensive brand, and you might try to search for that model number and "input lag" to try to see if any reviewer place has reviewed that model and see if they show how much input lag it has (maybe a site like https://www.tftcentral.co.uk or some thing else like that).. The stupid thing about monitors and TVs is they DON'T tell you how much input lag it has.. They will tell you the "response time" but that is different.. The response time is just showing how fast the pixels can change from one color to an other color, it is different from input lag..
IF you are in a situation where you absolutely have to play on a TV, then you want to make sure the TV is set to "game mode" (if it has that option), because that usually bypasses some TV filtering/processing to try to lower the input lag time a little bit so that games are actually somewhat playable..
Good brands of monitors are probably.....Eizo (or WAS at least, but it seems like they have stopped making gaming monitors now, which sucks.. Eizo is a japanese company and i am using one of their gaming monitors right now, but it is kind of old now, but it was $600 when i bought it at the time).. Pixio is a korean brand of gaming monitors, and AOC is a chinese brand of monitors.. Those are the 3 companies i THINK i might recommend (even though i haven't ever used pixio or AOC before).. Other brands like ASUS (chinese) might be okay but i'm not sure it is going to be the best quality though.. | 09:01:21 |

| FF777 | if you are going to take a trip to some other country, one thing some people do is like.....you can ask your family/friends if they want you to take some small figurine or some thing with you, and then you can take some pictures of it in random places in public or houses/hotels etc while you travel, and then when you return back home you can give them back their figurine or whatever and show them the pictures of it from your trip and they can keep it knowing that it has been in some other country.. | 19:13:54 |
