You will need to have atleast 1-2 tez within the Tz1 address associated with the Kt1 address. Once you have funded the Tz1 address with some tez you need to send a small amount from the Tz1 address to another address to re-reveal the Tz1 address. Please ensure that you leave a small amount of tez inside the Tz1 address at all times. This will pay for the fees when sending from the Kt1 account.
Also, you may try repairing the device following the instructions below if the above solution doesn’t work!
This can be done by disconnecting the Ledger Device from its Micro USB end and reconnecting. When prompted to enter passcode do not and instead wait for Ledger Live Manager to display “repair” and the Ledger Live Manager Application Will then display the process for manual repair. There will be 4 total options out of these choose only the following:

Follow device repair instructions

Follow Device update instructions
Be sure to choose the first option first as you’ve stated that both your apps, ledger live and the device are updated.
If none of these solve the solution let us know and we can go from there.
