@Guest70:libera.chatGuest70 I changed these parameters inside the container but they don't apply. The question is how to make these parameters take effect? 11:11:02

Guest70 are you using the docker-compose.yml file provided from the docs/git, or are you using your own?

11:36:16
@Guest70:libera.chatGuest70I also changed the `docker-compose.yml`, the installation was done using invidious_update.sh but the parameters were not applied for some reason11:40:10

You added host_binding: <your IP> in this section? https://github.com/iv-org/invidious/blob/master/docker-compose.yml#L25-L37

Ooooh, but your container's IP is 172.22.0.3!

11:45:27
@samantazfox:pussthecat.orgSamantaz Fox

invidious can't bind to 192.168.1.110 because no interface with that IP exists in the docker container

Guest70 https://github.com/compose-spec/compose-spec/blob/master/spec.md#ports

12:04:09
@samantazfox:pussthecat.orgSamantaz Fox

It seems that you need to replace ports: "127.0.0.1:3000:3000" with ports: "192.168.1.110:3000:3000" in your docker compose file to achieve the behavior that you expect

This will instruct docker to map host IP 192.168.1.110 and port 3000 to the container's IP, port 3000

12:08:11
@Guest70:libera.chatGuest70I also changed the `docker-compose.yml`, the installation was done using invidious_update.sh but the parameters were not applied for some reason12:24:28
@samantazfox:pussthecat.orgSamantaz Fox

Guest70 remove host_binding from your configs, and use the ports config of docker-compose.yml
