Daniel Stanley | Hello all, I have a question about the device details in the PDK docs. The stated performance of a of fanout 1 inverter, using low-vt nmos and regular pmos, does not match what I see in spice simulation. I'm looking at the docs here which say the minimum/maximum speed is 22/39 ps, but in simulation I measure 15/21 ps. Is there a reason for this difference? What does the manual mean when it says these are "EDR (e-test) specs"? | 22:38:09 |

mehdi | In reply to@_slack_skywater-pdk_U016HSA1H5Y:matrix.org mehdi I haven't used Socrates but from what I understand it does a bit more than what FuseSoC does. We can say it like this, FuseSoC contains all the parts needed to build a socrates tool Hi Olof Kindgren I looked at this a little more close and it makes total sense. I need to kind of readjust my priorities (adding new analog generators, or integrate within this model). Any inputs are welcome here! | 20:02:03 |
