It’s a hobby project of Polkadot dev Wei Tang and he works on it irregularly. We’re all volunteers. I have several inquiries from CEX’es. The coin holders decide per on chain vote if they want to support a proposal. The current market cap is very small and the purchasing power low. The community won’t spend it all on one listing.
