| Russ Sharek | I've been working towards it for a few months now. My instructor is an old Russian acrobat. Recently he said the magic words, 'you doing self!' instead of telling me what wasn't working.
Felt amazing, but considering I work with acrobats I know exactly how long a road it is to any sort of really progress.
That said I can feel it making me stronger and more controlled in everything else, so I totally get why so many programs consider it a core discipline. | 20:54:43 |
