So on a website, a user could record video/audio, and then that video/audio file would be stored on peertube or reel2bits, and it it could be streamed from peertube or reel2bits for displaying to other users as well.
This is similar functionality to Mux and Cloudflare Stream, just interested if there's a federated or p2p option!
