UN's WHO Pretends to Adopt Amendments Without Conducting a Vote

It has come to the attention of the global community that the WHO IHR Amendments were never properly adopted by a Committee, suggesting they are null and void.

If this is the case, every government moving ahead with these would be in violation of the rules of International Agreements/Treaties with the WHO.

REGULATING WEAPONIZED NANOTECHNOLOGY: HOW THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT OFFERS A WAY FORWARD

Nanotechnology is emerging as a tool that will increasingly change the way that scientists approach the world. While a subject matter or a mode of inquiry defines traditional scientific fields, an inquiry of a microscopic level advancement defines nanotechnology.

Because of this broad definition, nanotechnology encompasses a wide array of technologies that exist at that scale. Advances in nanoparticles and nanorobotics are already altering conceptions of surgery, mechanization, and construction. Materials that emerge from the field could soon be ubiquitous in worldwide technology, and scientists promise further advances.

Against this promising background, it is easy to overlook the dangers that nanotechnology presents. Nanoparticles interact unpredictably and unprecedentedly with the human body. Nanorobots may soon possess the ability to create new nanorobots or even to replicate themselves many times over.

These technologies, if managed negligently, could lead to catastrophic accidents. If intentionally weaponized, they could represent a paradigm shift in warfare. Because of its difficulty to trace, its unpredictability, its capacity for grave biological harm, its potential ability to infiltrate technological systems, and its possible ability to self-replicate in the future, nanotechnology could contribute to devastating new weapons. These weapons could contribute to massive human rights violations, both because of the numbers of people they could endanger and the horrific types of damage they could inflict.

The international community needs an effective deterrent to both governments and individual actors that seek to weaponize nanotechnology. It also needs a reliable system for prosecuting these crimes in the future and a cognizable set of crimes that accurately captures the potential harms of weaponized nanotechnology

Massive shift in rejecting WHO's power grab

South Africa leads in rejecting 2022 International Health Regulations amendments. IHR 2005 was not properly domesticated in South African law. There was no public participation or parliamentary oversight. Moreover, WHO processes are legally flawed. How can we trust WHO?

De-Weaponize the Cell Towers
The solution...

Targeted Justice has some suggestions for shutting down the illegal use of cell towers, without shutting off cell phones.

Cell Towers are Tracking & Targeting people
Some people have suggested moving cell towers to outside the city limits. However, removing towers away at any distance, will not help in the long term. GPS tracking will become more precise and we will be back to “square one.”

Our Suggestions
- Towers must be de-weaponized:
- No use of beamforming technologies. It is not required for the vast majority of calls & data.
- No use of 60 GHz technology (causes suffocation & death).
- No use of cell tower tracking technology. (cup your ears - you can hear the “pops”)
- Log files of any United States (and International) GPS coordinates used - make it a public record, if not on a military base.
- All satellite communications with commercial cell towers - make it a public record.
- New lower limits on power output from each panel on cell tower.
- Actual compliance monitoring by FCC. (South Africa - ICASA)
- Make FCC Board liable for its actions, or lack thereof. No qualified immunity.
- All beamforming Integrated Circuits (IC) must be registered, just like a cell tower.
