In reply to@_xmpp_southerntofu=40militant.es:matrix.org if there's no hugo specialists i'm happy to reiterate my proposal to use zola instead, it's a system i know well including its limitations (i contribute to the source code upstream) and i'm happy to spend a lot of time working with :)
then stop asking permission? just go ahead and do it! I was going to say that Hugo is more widely available in distros, but it seems Zola is only missing from Debian-family so we might just end up packaging it there
* then stop asking permission? just go ahead and do it! I was going to say that Hugo is more widely available in distros, but it seems Zola is [only missing from Debian-family](https://repology.org/project/zola/versions) so I don't think you're significantly limiting external contributions by that choice.
hedgedoc is a great choice for fleshing out the content, for the record: the roomname list was a temporary solution until we can show the full list directly in matrix, which can be screenshotted/exported/embedded
emorrp1, will do! i just hate it when i insist to do something a certain way, and some people do it another way, so i thought to return the favor and make sure nobody was doing it the hugo way first :)
