| Ben Silone | We’ve been very busy in Panama City, FL. We have a 30,000sqft facility there were we have continued materials testing, engineering, and prototyping. We just put the first module of our “Coquina” design in the water last week.
The concept for this was after discussing designs with numerous people in the area and finding flexibility was key. These are 12’x12’ modules that can be rigidly connected together to allow for anything from a single module dockhouse to an off grid tiny home to a larger home or up to a hotel.
The float provides space for fresh/gray/black water storage, and heavier items like batteries. Overall the design is focused having a lot of weight very low to create a very stable platform. | 15:17:52 |
| Ben Silone | These are intended for protected waters, like bays, lakes, bayou, etc. With enough modules and with calm waters they could be moved out to gulf/ocean, though the float is 4ft high, so too large of waves will wash over the deck.
