As soon as you log into any account with Tor (otherwise why use a Password Manager?), you say “The EXIT-IP of the Tor network Y Maps to account X”. Now, you gave away information.
Using Tor while logged in doesn't makes sense because then you can be tracked. So there is a reason behing the decision to remove the password manager
