| sudoreboot (now @sudoreboot:feneas.org) | Aye, middleware is typically the culprit for portability issues, though WINE is pretty good at handling any kind of software as long as it doesn't try running deep in the system like anti-cheat. The FOIP issue may just be because of webcams not working with WINE in general. Hope that gets resolved at some point | 15:42:57 |
| geotom | The only problem I still have under linux is that the NVIDIA driver does always switch into performance mode when more than 2 displays are connected to the computer. But 99% percent of the time this is my work computer and I do not like to have a GPU running on its fastest mode...really stupid and I don't know any other practical solution for that beside an extra windows installation | 16:46:33 |
