| monban | As far as my take on the leadership thing, my leadership style, both in my day job and here, is I see myself as more of an organizer than a leader? I don't want to be the guy who says "go here and do this", rather I just want to make sure everyone is pointed in roughly the same direction and nothing too crazy gets commited to the codebase.
