Attempting yet again to change some GIVdrop addresses for users who request it. The last one failed again because another user had claimed the GIVdrop at their initial address provided, making it impossible to modify, causing the tx to fail.

Our general is publicly readable and joinable. To remove a user I would need to change the room permissions away from public.
