@astrojuanlu:matrix.org | are all the "modules" of DOCKS already in https://gitlab.com/cceres-docks ? I don't see CONIC , ADCS or Quaternions , for example | 13:41:01 |

jdiez | question for Rashika: how do you actually run the complex pipeline you showed in the previous slide? do you have a custom script to call every utility or do you run it manually? | 13:53:03 |

not operational or developed yet
thanks! looking forward to seeing them in the future 🚀

Konstantinos Kanavouras | Question asked in BBB by Samuel Low, answered by our payload team:
Hi Konstantinos! I'm curious, what do you think you will expect to find in the gene expression of yeast, and do you guys have a hypothesis on how it will relate to human cells eventually? I'm not a bio guy so I'm really curious
Basically we' re trying to identify proteins that are influenced/regulated by microgravity or radiation. Global changes to the cell environment due to radiation for example could have effects on DNA damage and repair, intracellular trafficking and metabolic activity. Thus, we are expecting changes in genes associated with such functions. We' re hoping to "extend" these data to humans by comparing genes that are "close by evolution" to the humans one and thus infer what the response in humans would be.
