First I was excited by the GB and GBA titles on the Switch, thinking about upgrading to the more expensive subscription. But then I realize that I have all these title on my 3DS and even most of them in original cartridge. I would love to have all on the Switch but to be honest I paid already for digital versions with the same Nintendo account, I should be able to play them on my Switch without additional subscription. I was expecting gameboy and gameboy advance to be for the base online subscription and have something like DS or maybe gamecube for the expansion pass
after the announcement the online + expansion pass subscription doesn't look appealing at all

Maybe by taking the Switch vertically and using a special dock or game pad for vertical game play but even so you could not touch the game with your thumbs while playing.
