@cd10012:matrix.orgcd10012Kiba and I have had many discussions about interesting ways to integrate this into a simple interface for multiple different musings lol00:14:27
@cd10012:matrix.orgcd10012but these algorithms are good at solving knowledge problems and setting policy00:15:04
@cd10012:matrix.orgcd10012since there is this intermediary layer you interface with the algorithm since you are setting the gene preferences (human selected)00:16:09
@ontologymachine:matrix.orgontologymachinedefinitely - i'm not as familiar with human-based genetic algorithms specifically but one of the things that's been wild about this past year of crypto markets is how directly they've been following the pattern one could predict from a basic understanding (i.e. my level) of combinatorial optimization/evolutionary agls00:43:35

After thinking about this deeply, I think that forming a community around this exact concept you've described here may be an extremely pivotal point in the history of what we know as "crypto".

It had me thinking of "giving society a mirror so it can better understand itself". I think this as a concept is really important.

It will essentially help us ensure corrections are fixed as the happen. We need to be teaching computers how to recognize things like this so we can ensure security.

I think this might be equivalent to anti-malware on your computer...

@dorgjelli:matrix.orgdOrgJelliUnbiased forcasting is a key to the crypto space's success... allowing people to coarse correct before the predictable outcome (if that's even a thing...)04:27:46
@dorgjelli:matrix.orgdOrgJelliWould love to hear about the methods you take to come to your hypothesis04:28:52
@ontologymachine:matrix.orgontologymachinewow i didn't think about that - a community very intentionally aware of calibrating itself for success and longevity05:21:54
@ontologymachine:matrix.orgontologymachine"futurecasting"05:22:20
@dorgjelli:matrix.orgdOrgJelliNot only future casting, but analysis of the now.06:33:10
@dorgjelli:matrix.orgdOrgJelliany thoughts on this communication platform for consensus forming? https://www.kialo.com/tour21:42:43
@cemfd:matrix.orgcemfdLoved kialo21:54:31
@cemfd:matrix.orgcemfdHave yet to properly experiment with it though21:54:41
@cemfd:matrix.orgcemfdI recommend all to read through this: https://colony.io/budgetbox.pdf21:55:27

I recommend all to read through this: https://colony.io/budgetbox.pdf

Would you be kind enough to post your short summary? 🙏

@cd10012:matrix.orgcd10012kialo is sick I had a really productive conversation with Santi from DemocracyEarth abt both utilizing budgetbox in conjunction with the kialo work flow22:32:27
@cd10012:matrix.orgcd10012 He’d be interested in having a call with all of us especially as it relates to BG 22:32:56
@cemfd:matrix.orgcemfdI was just using it:)22:35:54
@dorgjelli:matrix.orgdOrgJelliAhhhh that sounds like a killer combination cd1001222:57:56

@cd10012:matrix.orgcd10012before i forget: https://github.com/hypergraphql/hypergraphql22:05:00
@cd10012:matrix.orgcd10012a nice tool would be porting this over to graph-node in rust22:05:23
@cd10012:matrix.orgcd10012don't think it would be too much work either since it's written in java22:06:13
@dorgjelli:matrix.orgdOrgJellivery cool, also lead me to this which I need to bone more up on: https://www.w3.org/standards/semanticweb/22:18:46
@ontologymachine:matrix.orgontologymachineyes! when gareth asked about that earlier i was like, i'm pretty sure we would "mean what we think we mean" by calling the atomized narratives or whatever semantics but need to clarify22:24:25
@ontologymachine:matrix.orgontologymachine would this be useful/similar? cd10012 https://github.com/graphprotocol 22:25:57
@ontologymachine:matrix.orgontologymachinethey're a friend company who are going to be working on the "mapping cooperative governance models of DAOs and IRL" project with me22:27:55
