devilboy | I was hoping someone can help me out on how i can train at home effectively. My instructor said I need more muscle I'm skinny and my Bones show even though I'm young. The class is only a few times a week so I have to do the practice at home and I'm not getting it. I'm Asperger's on the spectrum it's hard for me because I have two left feet and two left hands. devilboy | @hast0011:matrix.org: so far I'm having fun it's not bad I'm glad I chose this over other styles. The partners I'm sparing with are more experienced than me but they are going slow no rush.
I'm going to watch the video you showed me tomorrow not right now because it's late but can you tell me what I can do with my muscle if at all possible? I'm 150 pounds but my muscle is weak the class is 2 hour's but I can barely hold the stance for the first form my arms are scrony and my legs get cramped easily. The people I spar with are older some are military some are just people who go to the gym but they do know something.
The sifu was trained by the first student of up man. Provide any advice you can and you are clear to judge any way you feel it's my first martial arts and I have no experience in anything like this I even am embarrassed practicing around other students because I'm new. | 07:21:06 |
