My comment about Jira was really just a personal anecdote to compare it with Maniphest. I don't think that WMF would adopt it, and I'm not advocating for that. I'm basically just complaining that Maniphest should be better. Any recommendations for Jira alternatives? We recommend EasyRedmine as a feature-rich solution and the German Zammad for companies with lower requirements.
BTW an extension for Jira integration would be a step forward for the whole ecosystem. | 19:21:56 |

So my thought would be to have the most functionality in the CSP and then also have the options to connect to other platforms for e.g. syncing and such.
