Thanks So it sounds like you have a problem with the IP location it's triggering whenever you purchase something from their IP and I think what it's probably doing is it's thinks you're a like spamming or abusing their system like whenever they do a discount you got to other accounts and they don't want to have you do that I guess that's what they're doing I mean what their system is doing ; sounds like a bug honestly | 16:49:42 |

Thanks As for the thing that you're talking that would make you be charged on 2025 instead of 2024 I think that's actually a bonus, I'm note sure you have talked you have to talk to them see what they say but maybe like something that's free like it's in a bonus for you it's something that's just for free you don't have to pay for or anything like that | 16:51:50 |

And they just dumb my ip, and flagged and blocked me. They have that implemented in protonmail, thats where i got that idea from, that tutanota is doing that too I think this is bad practice. I know it's difficult now to create accounts and flags these things, but it must be limited to creation of the account and not for already created accounts who is trying to upgrade (pay more for service) | 17:03:59 |
