AM2RR (Another Metroid 2 Remake, Remake) implies the remaking of Another Metroid 2 Remake, an additional layer of ubsurdity to the prospect of creating such a translation to said popular game engine "Godot". The Trolling Face in shades of an amphibian emote, also known as "frogtroll" or " " is a reference to a popular internet meme used to display a mischievous intent, or a jest that is contradictory to one's true view.
A Disclaimer, according to the merriam webster Dictionary:
1: a refusal or disavowal of something that one has a right to claim
specifically : a relinquishment or formal refusal to accept an interest or estate
2: a denial of responsibility for a thing or act: as
a: a negation or limitation of the rights under a warranty given by a seller to a buyer

The disclaimer in question is meant to be of the persuasive nature, perhaps to inform you of the idea of the above statements being in jest, or as a jape.
