In config.yaml, how do I determine what to put for port and host?
And is the URL https://your.server.co./API/v1/twilio/{secret}/sms the address I put into twilio for the phone number's webhook (http POST)?

| tony | I think I'm getting there. When I try to run everything I get:

What is this macaroon? I double checked my secret and accountSID and authtoken. Is it something else?
