Nice analysis!

The idea is that reviews are preserved, except for hate speech and some other cases mentioned in the terms.

We do have a mechanism to attach "neutrality score" to reviewers in the API. The idea is that it gets computed using a transparent algorithm, but it was disabled for now, as it needs a few fixes.

There is also a notion of leaving reviews on a review, this can be used to create subjective curation. e.g. use a single key to mark reviews you think are bad and then you can retrieve all reviews of that key to filter reviews from api.

Anyone can implement a curated blacklist in addition to that.
