The issues on the SCS cluster have been resolved, however, it is important to note that there may still be residual challenges at the application layer that need to be addressed

We used Cyper in the first catalogue demo in 2020.
We created a grammar parser so the user can input its query very close to natural english (similar to JIRA JQL). Using a PEG engine, we generated cypher queries from our grammar which allowed us to have advanced traversal query on the graph without having the user to learn how to write complex query.
