All you can do is slow down registration so it will not escalate faster then you can react. But at some point it can become to much for most people to bother with during registration. Most of the time 'too much for people who just need a messanger' is not nearly enough of a deterrent for 'people who come to spoil the party'. | 08:43:49 |

There are numerous e-mail providers that do not verify anything themselves, they come and go, trying to create and keep up to date a list of such unreliable e-mail domains is a full time job.
