the advice from Element is to prefer portal rooms (those ending in :libera.chat) to plumbed rooms, which is far less work for us anyway. the only rooms we have that are not portal rooms are this one and the big #ansible:matrix.org room. I'd like to trial a process for migrating people to the portal room here (as 20 users is a better test case than 300 :P) | 09:14:37 |

- eventually the room is empty and we can drop it.
