Bittrex is down, having an error I haven’t seen
They might be using Polkadot Types?

@Catwomanil check the docker part of the docs and you’ll see the command plus the necessary tags

Thank you so much. I managed to get that command running. Now I can run docker-compose with the docker-compose-local.yml file and my local node is running and I can interact with it and deploy contracts. However, I'm still facing the same original problem. I can compile box.sol, deploy it, and call the store function with all sorts of values, but when I call retrieve I always get zero.

@_discord_522797954587951104:t2bot.ioDepth Hoar It is working for me when I run (await box.retrieve()).toNumber() I get 5. When you try that you are getting zero is that the issue? 20:47:59

Glad you’re up and running! I see Depth Hoar is helping you with the retrieve issue.

@telegram_959150989:t2bot.ioCatwoman First of all thank you guys - you are really awesome (:

@matrix_t2bot *Depth Hoar
I've followed the documentation more closely and used the suggested hardhat console test - and it worked.

But, I manage to break it 😆 by calling retrieve() fast enough after store()

Maybe it's a local phenomenon that still needs to be explored.
But what I gather is that await is not waiting for the block to be mined, or something...

I wonder if it could be because your are using the edgeware mainnet because you are using --network edgeware I used dev net --network dev are you using a local edgeware node on mainnet? and if so is it fully synced up?

It is a good point (: but no - I just named the network edgeware at my hardhat config file (instead of dev) - but it is set to http://127.0.0.1:9933 and everything
