@_discord_129276971388502017:t2bot.iosannd0w Alright, it's 23h right now in France, but tomorrow, I'll have the translation done 👍 21:07:51
@_discord_367754591367856138:t2bot.iolewri One thing I think to remember is that French and Spanish (and maybe German) used a bit of a generic translation for some things.... 21:07:53
@_discord_367754591367856138:t2bot.iolewri I'm not sure how much the variations of french have that 21:08:25
@_discord_129276971388502017:t2bot.iosannd0w I wonder, generic translation for a hospital setting doesn't sound too bad 21:08:58
@_discord_129276971388502017:t2bot.iosannd0w It's for fantasy stuff that it starts being ill-advised, ahahah 21:09:08
@_discord_367754591367856138:t2bot.iolewri I'm learning French via Duolingo, be nice to know what lean they're using on that 21:09:40
@_discord_164120448521601025:t2bot.ioNettles 21:09:47
@_discord_367754591367856138:t2bot.iolewri Nice, a Steam Greenlight game! 21:10:15
@_discord_129276971388502017:t2bot.iosannd0w Yeah ! Back when that still existed 😄 21:11:23
@_discord_129276971388502017:t2bot.iosannd0w It's a really good game ! Immersive, walking simulator with danger lurking about. 21:11:55
@_discord_129276971388502017:t2bot.iosannd0w It came out a biiiiiiit too soon, it could have done great with VR ! 21:12:24

@_discord_323923251883540490:t2bot.iomatamapucheroca how to stop auto autopsy machine develop? it is destroying my reputation!! 😪 00:41:16

The most obvious solution is to not send patients to Research Room to be auto autopsied in the first place,
especially since it kills the patient and you miss the hefty end-of-year 10K-cash-bonus-trophy.

Reputation loss happens if the autopsy-death triggers a discovery of an illness;
research progress itself alone is not publicly announced.

Inspectors / VIPs also witnessing the auto autopsy in action plummets the reputation.

Having two researchers unlocking all the diagnosis-rooms as early as possible should provide enough life-time to let the patient wait for the final diagnosis and/or making the cure to be 100% safe/effective;
if you must, only send patients home right at the last moment of their death.

@_discord_331163953214390272:t2bot.iomandrakehorse I didn't know that the Reputation loss always happens if it leads to a scientific breakthrough: I always assumed it rolled whenever the patient was killed by the auto-autopsy machine 13:03:02
@_discord_331163953214390272:t2bot.iomandrakehorse * I didn't know that the Reputation loss always happens if it leads to a scientific breakthrough: I always assumed it could randomly happen whenever a patient was killed by the auto-autopsy machine 13:03:20
@_discord_331163953214390272:t2bot.iomandrakehorse I also didn't know that it counts as a death - my assumption was that your hospital covers it up and it wasn't counted 13:04:19
@_discord_331163953214390272:t2bot.iomandrakehorse Sending patients to the Research Dept can be worth it in the long term - you can slowly recover from the reputation loss by curing the patients who previously had to be sent home 13:06:53
@thecycoone:sealbaker.comthecycoonein CorsixTH it always has some chance to hurt reputation, based on factors, but independent of breakthrough. We could add that mechanic in without much trouble.16:18:07
