Do you have any good books or techniques you like to practise? Gnothi Tibetan Tsa Lung is good ones. Def reminds me of the the microcosmic orbits you mention, all about rolling out the major chakras, neck, shoulder joints, upper torso, lower torso, hips. Nice and practical. Awakening the Sacred Body: Tibetan Yogas of Breath and Movement by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. Nice way to wake up the energy body in the morning.
Other than that I do most of the classic Thelemic stuff, Liber O / E (Magick / Yoga - LBRP / Asana Pranayama).

| Gnothi | How would you describe increasing awareness of microcosmic orbits, especially those not present along the central channel. I get the Chakra / Tree of Life stack, increasing complexity from Earth to Infinite, but havent really worked to connect to branches off of that. Arms are usually lumped into Heart chakra and legs into Root chakra. Are there microcosmic orbits beyond Central Channel / limbs? What are some examples? | 15:49:31 |
