• pnode->nAvgBlkResponseTime should have been just nAvgBlkResponseTime. Poor choice of similar naming probably caused this one from slipping through.

Some transactions involve groups and subgroups, this information should be displayed in the json output of transactions

• Message cookies are returned and used as uint32_t. We should then also increment the counter as a uint32_t.

• This removes obsolete translations
  • Adds new entries which will need translations.

Update translations for all previous fully completed translations and also fully complete a new translation for Norwegian.

• don't process headers that we already have in our unconnected map.

• Currently there are a couple of subtle bugs in setting the passphrase so do some checking for negative timeout periods and also limit the timeout period to one day.
